The 2022 AIPPI China Copyright Forum was successfully held online on 10 December 2022, attracting nearly 100 participants, including experts from academy, lawyers, representatives of judiciary authorities, representatives from the internet industry and the entertainment industry. Nearly 2,700 people watched the forum via live broadcast.
Chuanhong Long, Vice President of AIPPI China, delivered the opening speech,followed by Allen Wang, chairman of the Copyright Committee of AIPPI China, who briefly introduced the Q282 AIPPI Resolution on copyright at the 2022 AIPPI World Congress in San Francisco. The opening was moderated by Richard Yi Li, Secretary-General of AIPPI China.
Prof. Hao Min, Member of the Copyright Committee of AIPPI China, announced the Top Ten Copyright Cases in 2022, and briefly commented on each of them.
The Forum was divided into two sessions, with one session focused on copyright hot issues from the perspective of academy and presented by Prof. Li Yang, Prof. Li Chen, and Prof. Zhang Weijun, while another session focused on practical copyright hot issues from the perspective of copyright profession and presented by Mr. Li Zizhu, Ms. Yang Xingfang and Ms. Deng Shangrui.
Lena Shen, assistant Reporter General of AIPPI, wrapped up at the closing and expressed best wishes for the prospective development in the copyright field, which was moderated by Allen Wang.
