• Ana Andrijevic

Ana Andrijevic works in the IP and Frontier Technologies Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), where she contributes to projects at the intersection of AI and copyright. She is also an affiliated researcher at the Digital Law Center at the University of Geneva and a PhD candidate at the same university, where she is completing her dissertation on copyright issues arising at the input stage in the context of generative AI. During her doctoral studies, and with the support of several scholarships, Ana undertook a series of visiting research stays at Harvard Law School—where she was also affiliated with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society—as well as at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, the Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa, and ITS Rio.

• Adrienne Hennemann 

Adrienne Hennemann is a Senior Associate in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Dispute Resolution team in Zurich and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Groups. She focuses on intellectual property disputes and advises on the drafting of licensing, distribution, and other commercial agreements. Adrienne studied law at the University of Zurich and holds an LL.M. in Competition, Innovation, and Information Law from New York University. Her experience includes working as a foreign attorney at a major New York law firm, clerking at the Commercial Court of Zurich, and serving as a substitute district judge.

• Oliver Jeker

Oliver Jeker is a patent attorney and partner at Rentsch Partner in Zurich. He studied chemistry at ETH Zurich and Princeton University. Subsequently, he started his work in intellectual property law in 2013 in a renowned Swiss patent law firm. He later worked for several years in the patent department of a leading international chemical company, before joining Rentsch Partner in 2021. He has been a professional representative before the European Patent Office since 2017 and a Swiss patent attorney since 2019. In addition, he is authorized to represent before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) as a European Patent Litigator. He is also a tutor in the international section of the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg and involved as an examiner for the Swiss patent attorney examination.

• Myrtha Hurtado Rivas

Myrtha Hurtado Rivas is an accomplished legal leader with over 20 years of experience, including 15 in the pharmaceutical sector, and a strong focus on intellectual property, brand protection, and licensing. Since joining Nestlé in 2021 as General Counsel for Brand and Marketing Properties, Licensing, and Anti-Counterfeiting, she has driven innovation and strengthened global strategies to safeguard brand integrity. As of November 2025, she serves as General Counsel for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, continuing her advocacy for IP rights and consumer safety. Known for her expertise in anti-counterfeiting, change management, and sustainability in brand communications, Myrtha also founded LEADERCHING, a bilingual mentoring and mental health initiative, reflecting her commitment to purposeful leadership and cultural inclusivity.

• Thomas Widmer

Thomas specialises in domestic litigation, international arbitration, data privacy and intellectual property and is praised for his “extensive knowledge on the subject” in Chambers Europe, Intellectual Property, 2021.

Thomas teaches the “Legal and regulatory approach” module of the “Business Communication, Web expertise and Social Media” course at the University of Geneva (Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences). This module mainly covers the legal framework surrounding e-commerce, intellectual property and data protection. Thomas also leads a course on the introduction to commercial law and to corporate law at the Institut Capacité en droit. This Institute, based in Geneva, awards the certificate of Capacité en droit.
