Tristan Lavender

Tristan Lavender is the founder and chair of the Philips Neurodiversity Network, a global Employee Resource Group (ERG) with over 1,000 members that aims to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity at Philips. The ERG works in close collaboration with senior executives, HR and diversity, inclusion & well-being professionals at Philips to advance neuro-inclusion in every aspect of the employee experience. Tristan has a background in cognitive and organizational psychology.

Lisa Mueller

Lisa Mueller is a shareholder at Casmir Jones and splits her time between the Chicago and North Carolina offices.  For over thirty years, Lisa has provided strategic counsel on complex patent issues to clients in the plant, food, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemistry sectors. She brings an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience to her work advising clients on the global patent protection, freedom to operate and validity of blockbuster drugs they aim to produce and distribute.

A thought leader on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical patent law, Lisa speaks frequently to legal and industry groups and publishes widely. She was the author of an award-winning blog, BRIC Wall, which provides unique insights on patent law developments in the life sciences industry in Brazil, Russia, India and China.  Lisa is currently the author of the blog, BRICS & Beyond which provides unique insights on patent law developments in the life sciences industry not only in Brazil, Russia, India and China but in other countries outside of the United States.

Aleksandra Penkowska

Aleksandra is an Advocate, partner at Polish IP boutique law firm SK+ in Warsaw and a member on the AIPPI Bureau Advisory Committee – Diversity and Inclusion as well as the Trade Secrets Standing Committee.

She specializes in intellectual property and deals with both – litigation and contractual matters. In her practice, she has represented Polish and foreign clients in disputes concerning infringement of trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyrights. She has also represented clients in prosecution proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts. She advised on cases decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union.

In addition to her passion for intellectual property, he is keen to get involved in socially important projects and likes to share her knowledge with children and young people. She is also a Co- Director of the UIA-IROL – Human Rights and Protection of Lawyers.

Ina Schreiber

Ina Schreiber is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where she became a Partner in 2012. After her university studies, she started her career in the IP department of Peugeot. Ina intervenes in the preparation and the obtaining of patents as well as in disputes in the fields of chemistry, materials, pharmaceuticals and agribusiness. Ina worked for 8 years in the Lille office of Plasseraud IP and has thus acquired a great experience in supporting companies with little or no in-house intellectual property expertise. She is co-chair of the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) committee of the CNCPI and a member of the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) committee of the AIPPI. Ina joined Plasseraud IP in 2004.
