AIPPI D&I Committee Webinar
28 September 2026 - 28 September 2026 | Webinar | AIPPI
We are pleased to invite you to this webinar, which will explore how organisations can respond to crises with empathy, inclusivity, and resilience.
The session will address the management of trauma, grief, and mental health in the workplace, as well as the legal duties organisations must observe during high-stress events. Particular attention will be given to inclusive communication throughout periods of organisational change, and to the support required by employees affected by violence, discrimination, or global crises. The webinar will also consider how re-traumatisation can be prevented through carefully designed policies and investigative processes.
We look forward to welcoming you online!
