ALGIERS – The Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) has announced the implementation of a revised fee structure for intellectual property services, following amendments introduced under the Finance Law of December 2025. The updated fees have been officially published in the Official Gazette.

The new schedule applies to a wide range of IP services, including trademark, patent, and industrial design filings, as well as related procedures such as renewals, examinations, and post-registration actions.

This adjustment comes as part of the government’s broader efforts to align official charges with current administrative and legislative developments, ensuring that IP service fees reflect updated regulatory and operational needs.
