Investment and Trade Court Signs Cooperation Agreement with WIPO

Qatar’s Investment and Trade Court has entered into a cooperation agreement with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. The initiative is designed to enhance judicial capacity in resolving intellectual property disputes and to promote alignment with international best practices.

The cooperation is expected to reinforce Qatar’s position as a credible forum for IP and commercial dispute resolution and to improve investor confidence by strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights.
