Invitation to the V Congress of the AIPPI Central America and Caribbean Regional Group

We are pleased to invite members of the intellectual property community to the V Congress of the AIPPI Central America and Caribbean Regional Group, to be held on February 5, 2027, in San José, Costa Rica.

As part of the preparations for this important regional gathering, Estuardo Jauregui and Paola Castro, members of the Board of Directors of the AIPPI Central America and Caribbean Regional Group, recently met with Sergio Solano, President, and Monserrat Alfaro, Vice President, of APPICR, to begin planning and coordinating the event. This meeting reflects the strong spirit of collaboration and commitment shared by both organizations to bringing together the intellectual property community in the region.

The Congress will bring together intellectual property professionals, attorneys, in-house counsel, academics, business leaders, and representatives from across Central America and the Caribbean for a day of insightful discussions, professional exchange, and valuable networking.

This highly anticipated gathering will provide an exceptional forum to explore the latest developments and challenges affecting intellectual property in Central America, the Caribbean, and the international arena. As innovation, technology, and globalization continue to transform the way intellectual property is created, protected, managed, and enforced, regional cooperation and the exchange of experiences have never been more important.
